At WilLBfit Gym, we offer a dynamic range of classes designed to meet every fitness level and goal. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength conditioning to yoga and functional movement classes, there's something for everyone. CHIPPER

Chipper is one of our Strength Progression classes.  This is a carefully built Monthly Workout Programme that combines Strength,  Aesthetics and Endurance through a mixture of Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics.

It is always finished with a full-body finish around 20-25 minutes long! 

 

With this class, you will achieve a high level of strength, shape and endurance.

METAFIT

Purely Bodyweight High Intensity Power Training. 

 

The intention of this class is to accelerate with maximum effort, followed by short bouts of rest and recovery. 

 

Although this is a GREAT class for the lungs and heart, it is mostly designed to activate fast-twitch (sprinting/power) muscle fibres and will work the body intensely, pushing it’s anaerobic threshold.
